Taylor Duffy
Board President
Taylor Duffy is a higher education and nonprofit professional that spent most of his childhood competing in tennis tournaments across the country. After undergoing multiple surgeries as a teen, he took a hiatus from the sport and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida.
Upon graduation, Taylor was appointed by Mayor Jerry Demings and the Board of County Commissioners to serve on the Orange County Disability Advisory Board. As Chair, he serves as one of the region’s leading voices on matters related to disabilities. In 2022, the Arthritis Foundation—the world’s largest organization supporting individuals with arthritis—appointed Taylor to their Orlando Leadership Board.
As Vice-Chair and Chair-elect of the county’s Review Panel for Human Services, Taylor has played an integral role in the allocation of more than $5,000,000 in grants that currently fund over 200 nonprofit programs in Central Florida. As COO and co-founder of PREP Scholars, he also provides career-focused education and mentorship to underserved students in Orlando.
Taylor began working with LSA to unify his passion for tennis with his commitment to improving the health and accessibility of Florida communities. He is grateful for the opportunity to expand his role as a member of the Board of Directors.

After a 30-year career in Supply chain-Logistics senior management roles with corporations like Office Depot and Black and Decker, I left corporate America to pursue a career where I can help folks elevate their lifestyle through purchasing and selling real estate. My wife Val and I now own Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty – Florida 360 Group LLC serving families in the SE Florida Tri-counties and Greater Orlando areas.
After serving in the US Army, I attended the University of Michigan studying like most lost-souls, Psychology, which came in handy during my bartending days and now more than ever in my Real Estate practice! Having grown up in Dearborn Michigan, I moved to the Ft Lauderdale area in 1993 and later settled in Delray Beach in 2014 where I still live, work and play.
So, what’s my BIG WHY that brought me to support Love Serving Autism. Well, as a local business owner serving the community, I believe in giving back. I don’t have any family on the Spectrum. But I love tennis and was looking to align myself with a charitable organization that worked with kids.
We believe the tennis court is a microcosm of the real world and can serve to help Kids develop life skills to meet the challenges we all face as adults.
Whenever I feel too busy to find time for others and share the abundance God has graced me with, I only need remind myself…

Erin Weiner
Board Member
Erin Weiner, M.S.CCC-SLP is a Speech Language Pathologist serving the Palm Beach County area in Florida. She is certified by the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) and licensed by the State of Maryland, Virginia and Florida. She holds a Master’s degree in Speech Pathology from Florida International University and a Bachelors of Arts in Arts and Sciences from The George Washington University.
She is trained in PEERS UCLA and Michele Garcia Winner Social Thinking. She uses multiple Evidence based programs to teach speech and social interactions.
Erin’s specialized interests include articulation, pragmatics and social skills which have kept her active in the special needs community for over 15 years. She has worked as a consultant and a therapist in both individual and group settings.
She has been recognized as an innovator in the field of Speech Pathology because of her unique approach to providing therapy that involves working closely within a child’s natural environment.
For instance, instead of providing services in a traditional therapy setting, Erin conducts real-time therapeutic sessions out in the real world. She provides services in the office, in clients’ homes, in private schools, and most importantly, out in the community. She collaborates with family members and communicates with other professionals to provide your child with the best support available. This rigorous hands-on approach has proven straightforward in developing skills that a child can effectively apply to day-to-day life.
Because she believes motivation leads to better outcomes It’s not uncommon for her to meet her clients at their favorite park or coffee shop for a session. Family family and community involvement is also critical factor in success. The inclusion of siblings, parents, grandparents and neighbors is also common in her practice. The use of natural environment in combination with her evidence based training provides a unique approach that provides her clients’ with a highly personalized experience to maximize their motivation and in return make the session more effective efficient and successful. Being in the natural environment of the clients choice provides the motivation for the client to perform at their best capacity in in an environment that is easy to generalize setting clients up for success. This type of therapy where they have the opportunity to react to real life situations with a therapist on site is a relatively new way of offering services in a way that is otherwise rarely provided.
