Our Board
Taylor Duffy
Board President
Taylor Duffy is a higher education and nonprofit professional that spent most of his childhood competing in tennis tournaments across the country. After undergoing multiple surgeries as a teen, he took a hiatus from the sport and moved to Orlando to attend the University of Central Florida.
Upon graduation, Taylor was appointed by Mayor Jerry Demings and the Board of County Commissioners to serve on the Orange County Disability Advisory Board. As Chair, he serves as one of the region’s leading voices on matters related to disabilities. In 2022, the Arthritis Foundation—the world’s largest organization supporting individuals with arthritis—appointed Taylor to their Orlando Leadership Board.
As Vice-Chair and Chair-elect of the county’s Review Panel for Human Services, Taylor has played an integral role in the allocation of more than $5,000,000 in grants that currently fund over 200 nonprofit programs in Central Florida. As COO and co-founder of PREP Scholars, he also provides career-focused education and mentorship to underserved students in Orlando.
Taylor began working with LSA to unify his passion for tennis with his commitment to improving the health and accessibility of Florida communities. He is grateful for the opportunity to expand his role as a member of the Board of Directors.

Holly Johnson
BOARD MEMBER
As a speech-language pathologist, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside children with Autism as they discover their voices, build connections, and grow in confidence. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed the incredible potential that emerges when children are supported with compassion, patience, and the right tools.
Love Serving Autism has given me a unique and powerful way to support children with Autism — not just by sitting across a therapy table or in a classroom, but by joining them on the court, in motion, and in the moment. It’s therapy that doesn’t feel like therapy — and it’s often where some of the most meaningful breakthroughs happen.
I’ve seen firsthand how movement, play, and connection can transform a child’s and family’s world. I hope to help LSA expand access to these life-changing programs and empower more families to experience the joy of progress and inclusion — both on and off the court.

Lynne Salus
BOARD MEMBER
I was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and raised in New Jersey when I turned 16. I graduated from Trenton State College in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science degree. While my early passions centered on art and music, my life changed that same year when I picked up a tennis racquet for the first time — beginning a lifelong dedication to the sport.
What began as recreational lessons quickly grew into deep involvement in competitive and community tennis. I captained and played on league teams, supported youth programs, served as Tournament Director for USTA district, sectional, and national events, and became a USTA Tennis Official. Throughout these experiences, I developed a passion for organizing, leading, and building strong volunteer teams.
In 1993, I relocated to Florida and joined USTA Florida (then the Florida Tennis Association) as Administrative Assistant for Junior Programs. I was promoted to Director of Operations in 1994 and worked across nearly every program area, later adding Player Development to my responsibilities. After the organization’s move to Daytona Beach in 2002, I transitioned into the role of Director of Volunteer Development, working closely with the Board of Directors, committee leadership, and national stakeholders. During my tenure, I gained extensive experience in nonprofit governance, board relations, strategic planning support, and volunteer leadership. I concluded my career in February 2025, retiring as Meeting Planner.
In 2024, I became involved with Love Serving Autism as Gala Volunteer Coordinator, and I am honored to now serve on its Board of Directors. I look forward to contributing my leadership and governance experience to help advance the organization’s mission. Love Serving Autism resonates deeply with me because it combines the sport that shaped my life with the opportunity to create inclusive, supportive environments for individuals with autism.
In retirement, I cherish spending time with my husband, children, and grandchildren while continuing my lifelong commitment to tennis and community service.
