Meet me, Aldair Hernandez. I am an experienced professional in emergency management, crisis management, and business continuity, and I bring my expertise in crisis response and strategic planning to the board of directors for Love Serving Autism. I’m serving as a Legacy Ambassador because I have a deep passion for advocating for children with autism. I am committed to ensuring that these children and their families have access to the resources and support they need. My dedication to this cause is driven by a personal mission to make a positive impact in the lives of those affected by autism, and I am leveraging my skills to help the organization navigate challenges and achieve its goals.

The mission of the annual Match Point Gala is to celebrate and honor those nominated as “Legacy Ambassadors.” These are community partners and individuals who have made significant contributions through participation, awareness campaigns, and fundraising.
Their efforts and the funds raised catalyze the development and expansion of Love Serving Autism’s therapeutic programs. These programs create an inclusive and accepting community for neurodiverse individuals, on and off the courts.
